Portfolio Home Realty was built on a simple idea: buyers deserve full-service representation and money back at closing. In California, sellers pay the buyer's agent a 2.5% commission. Most buyers never see a dollar of it. We changed that.
We retain 1.5% to operate our brokerage and pay our agents competitively. The remaining 1% goes to you — cash at closing. On a $1,200,000 home in Irvine, that's $12,000 back. On a $2,450,000 Newport Beach home, $24,500 back. No gimmicks, no conditions.
